Agreements
Terms of use
These terms govern fair and transparent use of the Joblix recruiting platform.
Last updated: August 29, 2026
1. Provider and scope
The Joblix platform is provided by Dominik Bueren, Felix-Hollenberg-Weg 32, 46539 Dinslaken, Germany. These terms apply to all accounts and functions on hirenio.com.
Paid company services are offered exclusively to traders and businesses within the meaning of Section 14 German Civil Code. Candidates use the core functions free of charge. Different terms apply only where expressly accepted by us.
2. Purpose and role of Joblix
Joblix enables candidates to maintain a controlled career profile and companies to publish structured jobs and send specific opportunities. Joblix is neither the employer nor a recruitment adviser to either party and does not guarantee any placement, interview or hiring outcome.
Employment contracts, confidentiality agreements and other arrangements are concluded exclusively between the relevant users. Joblix is not a party to them.
3. Registration and account security
Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable. Information must be true, current and complete. Login credentials must not be shared and suspected misuse must be reported promptly.
Company members must be authorised to act for the stated company. Roles and permissions must be assigned carefully. A person may create accounts only for themselves or with demonstrable authority to represent another party.
4. Candidate obligations
Career profiles, experience, qualifications, availability and preferences must be accurate to the best of the candidate's knowledge. Third-party rights in documents, images and other content must be respected. Sensitive information not needed for recruitment should not be submitted.
Candidates decide on visibility, disclosures and acceptance or rejection of company opportunities. Responses are voluntary; deceptive or automated mass use is prohibited.
5. Company obligations
Companies may publish only genuine positions that are actively being filled. Jobs must accurately disclose the role, location or work model, contract type, working hours, salary range and material requirements. Changes must be updated promptly.
Company opportunities may be sent only for a specific active job, to a reasonably suitable profile and with genuine hiring intent. Contact and profile data may be used only for the relevant recruitment process and must not be sold, enriched or copied into unrelated talent databases.
6. Matching, dealbreakers and opportunities
Joblix compares structured requirements and preferences. Hard dealbreakers may prevent a profile or job from being shown. Match explanations support decisions but do not guarantee suitability or success.
Generative AI may not automatically reject a candidate. Final evaluation and every personnel decision remains with the relevant human or company. Company opportunities must include the promised conditions.
7. Mutual interest and confidentiality
Direct communication and broader data disclosure are generally enabled only after relevant interest. Disclosed information must be kept confidential, used only for its intended purpose and protected from unauthorised access.
When a candidate withdraws a disclosure or the process ends, data may be retained only where a legal duty or demonstrable legitimate interest applies.
8. Content and licences
Users retain rights in their content. For as long as content is provided, they grant Joblix a simple licence, limited to the required territories, to store, reproduce, display, format and transmit it to expressly authorised recipients for operating the service.
Users warrant that they hold all necessary rights and that content does not infringe third-party rights. Public company and job pages may be indexed by search engines; private profiles and undisclosed data are not intended for public indexing.
9. Prohibited content and conduct
Fake jobs, spam, identity deception, malware, unauthorised scraping, circumvention of technical limits, harassment, threats, illegal content and use of disclosed data outside recruitment are prohibited.
Discrimination or job advertising contrary to the German General Equal Treatment Act is prohibited, including on grounds of ethnic origin, sex, religion or belief, disability, age or sexual identity. Indirectly discriminatory filters, messages and decisions are also prohibited.
10. Reports and moderation
Illegal, misleading or rule-breaking content can be reported through the platform or by email. Reports should identify the content, location and reason as specifically as possible.
Joblix may investigate, temporarily hide or remove content, restrict visibility, issue warnings or suspend accounts where there is sufficient indication of a violation. Affected users will generally receive reasons and an opportunity to respond where legally permitted and compatible with security and investigation interests.
11. Paid company services
Prices, scope, billing period and included opportunity credits are stated at checkout. Prices exclude statutory VAT where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Unused monthly allowances expire at the end of the period unless the service description states otherwise. Subscriptions renew for the agreed period until cancelled by the applicable deadline at the end of the current period. Statutory termination rights remain unaffected.
12. Availability and development
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted use. Maintenance, security measures, force majeure and failures of infrastructure providers may temporarily restrict functions.
We may develop the platform and change functions where the contractual purpose is preserved and the change is reasonable. Material adverse changes to paid services will be announced appropriately.
13. Term, termination and account deletion
Free accounts may be terminated at any time through the account functions or in text form. Paid company subscriptions may be terminated in line with the agreed term and notice period.
The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected. Joblix may suspend or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risks or non-payment. Where feasible, a reasonable period to remedy the issue will first be provided.
14. Liability
Joblix has unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, under product liability law and within expressly assumed guarantees.
For slight negligence concerning essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the damage typically foreseeable when the agreement was made. Liability for other slight negligence is excluded. Joblix is not liable for the accuracy of user content, a party's selection decision or the conclusion and content of an employment contract.
15. Company indemnity
Companies indemnify Joblix against justified third-party claims arising from illegal content they culpably submit, discriminatory conduct or culpable infringement of third-party rights. This includes reasonable defence costs. Joblix will inform the company and allow reasonable participation in the defence.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice applies only where it does not deprive them of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence.
For disputes with merchants, public-law entities or special public funds, the provider's registered location is the place of jurisdiction where legally permitted.
17. Amendments, language and severability
We may amend these terms for objective reasons, including changes in law, new functions or security requirements. Material changes will be notified in good time. If a user objects to a change that is not solely beneficial, either party may end the agreement when the change takes effect.
The contract language is German. The English version is provided for convenience; where legally permissible, the German version prevails in the event of a conflict. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
18. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
